Racing Paper Horses

It’s time for the summer parties, picnics, and beach days. It’s time for friends and silly games. And racing horses is a silly game you can easily make on the fly and laugh as your horse rocks it’s way to the finish line.

To the right you’ll see a picture. Click it to download a PDF which has your workshop details, such as software and hardware you will need to round up to do this workshop from your home right along with us. The packet also has the step by step directions — in case you want to practise behind your little’s back so it looks like you’re magical too.

Participation in these workshops just means that you help your children along as they explore the world around them. We’ll guide by showing you all what to do, explain the science and a little history, and give you ideas for future experiments. All you have to do is gather the tools and have fun helping your children as we all explore our world together.

Any links in the PDFs go straight to the cheapest product we could find at the time of making the lab. Prices may have changed. Some links may be affiliate links, which give us a small commission at no extra cost to you.

You are automatically added to the list to receive invitations to all the live workshops following this one. You will continue to receive invitations as long as you stay on the list, but you can unsubscribe at any time. You can resubscribe by registering for a live workshop.

But, if you stay on the email list, you’ll also receive useful tools for teaching science, doing science, and even moral support on your journey. Of course, this is a two way street! You’ll always have the the ability to request specific workshops, tools, teaching  aids, and other things that you might find.

Once again, here is your workshop. Click the download arrow ↓ to download to your computer. (In the event that your computer blocks the script from opening, just copy and past the link into the browser URL bar, then hit go. It should open the PDF. Or you can click on the image above.)
