This is designed as a way to help you think about your current circumstances, free yourself from the “must do”, and into “I choose to” mentality.
A word of caution:
This workbook is not a do-it-once-and-forget-it type of thing because life isn’t a do it once and forget it type of thing. As your circumstances and desires change, you should revisit the exercise and reorient yourself.
